I GOT A REPLY.

So, for those of you who are thinking, “What exactly is she talking about” (which I’m sure is all of you), this is the basic run-down:
In the second blog post I ever posted, I wrote about how I sent an e-mail to the person who inspired me to be a writer, and I was upset because I never got a reply.

Well, guess what.
I GOT A REPLY.

I saw it and read it and did a happy dance around my kitchen and called my friends and OHMYGOSH I GOT A REPLY SHE’S NOT DEAD SHE REMEMBERS ME SHE DOESN’T HATE ME OMG I GOT A REEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLYYY.
*Dies of happiness.*

    1. I KNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWW!

And I got your number later in the day. By that time the excitement had worn off and all I could think about was "Wow. I should really do my Law homework." Plus I was half-asleep.

Her reply was such a relief after three people asked me if she'd died. You would not believe how upset I was. BUT SHE IS VERY ALIVE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

    1. It was. Like it says, I started happy dancing around my kitchen because at that point, I'd given up on getting a reply. I nearly started screaming out of excitement. It's so great hearing from people who inspire you - it reminds you that one day you'll be in their place.
